A lot of suns have revolved around me and still I have a lot to learn on improving my craft. It lacks on impact, the fusion of sharpness and blur in one harmonious plane, the feeling of awe in the most natural way... but what exactly am I trying to mold? I was constantly in search of a comfort zone, a niche to what it seems so natural for me in this really interesting art we call photography. So yeah I've tried to shoot in a very devious manner and it was then that I developed a focus, a goal to keep on reaching. And then it hit me... fine art nostalgia... that's it, that's what I've been trying to achieve. I smiled with a hint of excitement.. I don't know where to start.

Nostalgia... what are pictures for? Well, they preserve moments frozen in time made by the very machines that we held. And each picture then shows a story, the most important component of a photo. It brings us back to a cluster of time where its partly vague and surreal. Good or bad it may be, it still a story. Whatever it is you may be contemplating on, the importance is that I've made you stare at the photo for more than 6 seconds.

Fine art... it's so vague as to how someone will enlighten what fine art is in photography. It just simply means "art". And that's it, it's like defining life itself. We all have our own views and paradoxical ideas but that makes us all so unique in every way. And that's exactly why I have to be unique in my craft.

The fusion of Nostalgia and fine art is then that I will try to reach whenever possible. My goal is like a sky then but hey, people can fly too you know.. although we still can't reach the sky.. but at least we try to lift ourselves from the very same plane we stand on.
